Promotions, Discounts & Coupons Terms

This page outlines the terms and conditions that apply to promotions, discount codes, sales, and special offers at VONILI. By using any promotion or discount, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

• All promotions are valid while supplies last
• VONILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice
• Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value
• We reserve the right to refuse any promotion that appears to be fraudulent or abused
• Promotions may not be valid on previous purchases
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed

2. Discount Codes & Coupons

2.1 Usage Rules

• One code per order: Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified
• Cannot be combined: Discount codes typically cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or promotions unless explicitly stated
• Case-sensitive: Enter codes exactly as provided
• Expiration dates: All codes have expiration dates that will be honored until 11:59 PM EST on the expiration date

2.2 Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes do NOT apply to:

• Items already on sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Shipping fees
• Taxes
• Previously placed orders
• Items marked as "Excluded from Promotions"

2.3 Minimum Purchase Requirements

Some codes require a minimum purchase amount. This minimum is calculated:

• Before taxes and shipping
• After any other discounts are applied
• Based on eligible items only (excluded items don't count toward minimum)

3. Site-Wide Sales

3.1 Percentage-Off Sales

• Discounts are applied to eligible items automatically at checkout
• Sale prices are reflected on product pages during the promotion period
• Some items may be excluded (clearly marked)

3.2 Flash Sales

• Flash sales are time-limited (typically 24-72 hours)
• Quantities may be limited
• Discounts apply only during the specified time window
• No rain checks if items sell out

3.3 Holiday Sales

• Holiday promotions have specific start and end dates
• Extended processing times may apply during peak seasons
• Returns during sale periods follow our standard Return Policy

4. Free Shipping Promotions

• Free shipping applies to standard shipping only (not expedited)
• May require minimum purchase threshold
• Geographic restrictions may apply (typically Continental US only)
• PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and international addresses may be excluded
• Free shipping promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

5. Buy One Get One (BOGO) Offers

• Discount applies to item(s) of equal or lesser value
• Qualifying items must be in the same order
• If a BOGO item is returned, the discount will be adjusted
• Cannot be combined with other promotional codes

6. Referral Programs

If we offer a referral program:

• Referral rewards are subject to terms specified in the program
• Both referrer and referee may need to meet eligibility requirements
• Self-referrals are not allowed
• We reserve the right to revoke rewards for fraudulent referrals
• Referral credits may expire

7. First-Time Customer Discounts

• Valid for first-time customers only
• One per household/email address
• Creating multiple accounts to use this offer is prohibited
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate this policy

8. Email/SMS Subscriber Discounts

• Valid for new subscribers only (unless otherwise stated)
• One code per email address/phone number
• Unsubscribing and resubscribing does not qualify for additional codes
• Codes are typically valid for 30 days from issuance

9. Birthday & Loyalty Rewards

If we offer birthday or loyalty rewards:

• Birthday rewards require a valid account with birthday on file
• Loyalty points/rewards may expire (see specific program terms)
• Rewards are non-transferable
• Account must be in good standing to receive rewards

10. Price Adjustments

• We do NOT offer price adjustments on items that go on sale after purchase
• If you would like sale pricing, you may return your original order (per our Return Policy) and place a new order
• Promotions apply only at the time of purchase

11. Returns on Promotional Items

• Items purchased with a discount code: Refund is for the amount paid (after discount)
• Free items from promotions: No refund value; must return with qualifying purchase
• BOGO items: Returning one item may affect the discount on remaining items
• Sale items: May be final sale (check product page for details)

12. Fraudulent Use

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders where promotional codes were obtained fraudulently
• Revoke discount codes that are shared without authorization
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in promotional abuse
• Pursue legal action for fraudulent promotional use

13. Errors

If a promotional code is distributed in error or with incorrect terms, VONILI reserves the right to:

• Cancel the promotion
• Cancel orders placed using the erroneous code
• Issue correct promotional codes to affected customers
